Portrait Sessions:

A session fee of $75 is due at your session. This fee includes the one-hour photo session, post-processing, private online gallery, and free 5x7 of your choice.

Sports Action Shots:

A session fee of $20 is due when you book me for sports action shots. This session fee includes approximately 45 minutes to one hour at your child’s sporting event, post-processing and an online private gallery.

Newborn Session:

$125 Session Fee - Includes up to 90-minute photo session (no hurry; allows time if baby needs a feeding or extra cuddles), post-processing, private online gallery, 8x10 photo collage(my choice of best five photos), and one 5x7 of your choice.

Baby’s 1st Year Collection:

A total session fee of $200 is due when you book your session. This includes four mini sessions (approximately 45 minutes each): Three months, six months, nine months, and one year. Also includes one free 5 x 7 from each session of your choice. (That's a savings of approximately $250 if all purchased separately!) You may also order additional portraits a la carte. You can add a newborn session to this package for an additional $25.

Booking Your Session & Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of $25 is required to book your session. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your session fee. The deposit is required to save your appointment date and time. You may make your deposit to me via PayPal or by check. Please contact me for deposit payment instructions. Remember, the remainder of your session fee is required at your session and can be made by check or cash.

If you need to reschedule your appointment time, please contact me at least three days before the session. Your deposit will be applied to another session. If you do not call to reschedule or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

Please do not attempt your photo session if your child becomes sick. Please call me as soon as possible so we can reschedule. If your child becomes sick the night before or the morning of your session, please call me to reschedule and I will apply your deposit to another session. As long as you are communicating with me, I am willing to work with you.

Online Proofing and Ordering:

I will spend many hours editing, perfecting and uploading your photos for your online viewing and ordering. You will have a private, password-protected proof gallery to view your photos and to purchase from. Images will be available for viewing within 14 days of session. You are encouraged to share your gallery with friends and family for selections. It is best to place one order for all prints at one time if possible, though that is not required. Orders are sent to a digital photo lab used by professional photographers. Since I put so much work into every photograph, I want the finished product to be the best print possible. I want you to be satisfied and pleased with your order and am happy to say that the quality of prints is guaranteed from SmugMug who handles all online ordering, transactions, printing and shipping.
